Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout vs Bucked Up LFG: Honest Review

If you have been an avid fitness junkie, I’m sure you’ve heard of Beyond Raw® LIT™ Pre-Workout Powder. In fact, if you’ve listened to my podcast at the Masculine Mindset Show on Spotify, then you know I promote a different branch of pre workouts.

However, I want to show you that there are other options out there other than the mental intensity it takes to drink LFG Burn and get through an endurance workout. That's the first point. If you want additional energy, look no further than this article.

What's Covered in This Article

If you consume pre workout such as bucked up or raw lit pre workout, I still encourage you to read this article all the way through.

However, there are some VERY good aspects of this pre workout that Bucked Up does not have so I will cover that in this article.

Here’s what I am going to cover in this article:

  • How it compares to Bucked Up

  • If you get your money’s worth

  • Potential side effects

Beyond Raw Lit is a popular pre-workout supplement that is known for containing clinically dosed ingredients. "Clinically dosed" typically refers to the use of ingredient dosages that have been studied in scientific research and shown to be effective in achieving certain outcomes.

You should know that this pre workout contains arginine silicate inositol. Arginine Silicate Inositol is a patented ingredient known for its potential benefits in enhancing athletic performance, supporting circulation, and promoting overall health.

If you want to get lit af and real results, look no further. This pre workout contains 30 servings in this powerful fitness supplement. First, I want to tell you my experience with taking this powerful pre workout.

My Workout Experience of Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout

You can see here that I love my Iron Flask, but more importantly, here’s my experience with this pre workout formula:

  • Higher focus and clarity

  • Focus intensity and pumps

  • Higher concentration

  • Great pumps as a side benefit

  • Nootropics aid in enhancing my energy

This pre-workout also helps in training with energy, focus, and mental intensity, thanks to ingredients like beta-alanine, caffeine anhydrous, NeuroFactor, and elevATP.

There is an ingredient called ElevATP that is guaranteed to enhance concentration and energy. Do you know what ATP stands for?

ATP stands for Adenosine Triphosphate. Think of this like powerful adaptogenic mushrooms.

ATP is involved in various biochemical reactions and plays a vital role in powering cellular functions such as muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, and synthesis of molecules.

Bucked Up LFG vs Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout

LFG Burn is the pre workout I’ve most recently been using, so this is the brand from bucked up I am comparing beyond raw lit pre workout to.

LFG Burn ingredients:

  • 300 Mg of Caffeine

  • 3.2 Mg of beta-alanine

  • 1.5 G of Nitrosigine

  • 250 Mg of MitoBurn

  • 200 Mg of AlphaSize

  • 100 Mg of Mucuna Pruriens

  • 25 Mg of AstraGin

  • 10 Mg of Paradoxine

LFG Burn also contains alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline, which supports cognitive function, and nitrosigine, which enhances nitric oxide levels for better blood flow.

More details Ingredients Ingredients Creatine Monohydrate, Carbohydrate Blend (Glucose Polymers, Dextrose), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Acesulfame Potassium.

Key Major Ingredients Broken Down

In short, you are getting micronized creatine, but here is the ingredients from Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout Powder broken down:

  • Caffeine: A stimulant that can help increase energy, focus, and alertness.

  • Beta-Alanine: An amino acid that may help improve endurance and reduce muscle fatigue during intense exercise.

  • Creatine: A compound that supports energy production in muscles, potentially leading to improved strength and power output.

  • L-Citrulline: An amino acid that may help increase blood flow and improve exercise performance.

It’s important to follow the recommended dosage instructions provided on the product packaging and consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that individual responses to pre-workout supplements can vary, so it’s important to pay attention to how your body reacts and adjust your usage accordingly.

My Honest Thoughts on Both Pre Workouts

This is what I’ve concluded from taking both. I actually like Beyond Raw Lit over LFG Burn.

The reason? It’s simple my friend, it’s cheaper than Bucked Up but more importantly, I prefer the standard Bucked Up drink as opposed to LFG Burn.

Beyond Raw Lit also helps reduce muscle fatigue, making it a better option for muscle mass. LFG burn is designed to boost metabolism. I will say that you shouldn't take beyond raw lit solely on non training days.

It’s just the better option my friend. LFG is more for people that want to lose weight because it has ingredients to speed up metabolism and gives you an energy boost.

And if I’m being completely honest, I’m not a fan of the fact that Bucked Up has extremely little creatine, and they have you buy it separate in the online store.

Beyond Raw Lit provides nitric oxide support, enhancing pumps and performance during workouts. It also contains alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline, which supports cognitive function, and nitrosigine, which enhances nitric oxide levels for better blood flow.

I want to add a MASSIVE CAVEAT, this article is not at all bashing Bucked Up as I love some of their supplements, particularly BAMF.

There are several powerful Bucked Up supplements, however, you get muscle pumps with this pre workout powder. This does support energy and muscle pumps due to the citruline.

As you hear me on the podcast, I am rating this 8.5 out of 10.

It's a tad pricey, but the flavors are very good. This is a clinically dosed pre workout and they have extremely good flavors such as jolly rancher, jolly rancher blue raspberry, jolly rancher green apple gummy worm, fruit punch.

It's a tad underdosed with the caffeine anhydrous and it contains only 30 servings. Use cold water and ice when you drink this pre workout.

Enhancing energy and mental intensity is a common goal for many individuals, especially those looking to improve focus, productivity, and performance in various aspects of life, including work, exercise, and daily activities.

Do You Get Your Money's Worth With Beyond Raw Lit?

The shorter answer is yes and no. Here are some of the benefits you are going to get by taking beyond raw lit pre workout:

  • Higher energy and endurance

  • Improved focus from ElevATP (Nootropic)

  • Increased strength

  • May cause tingling and flushing sensations

  • Supports cognitive function with alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline

  • Enhances nitric oxide levels with nitrosigine, improving blood flow and muscle pumps

And like I said, Bucked Up is higher in price. If you are new to fitness and just getting started and you don’t like the price of Bucked Up…

Then I encourage you to buy Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout. More importantly, you have some VERY good flavors with this pre workout.

In fact, that’s another added benefit that I love this pre workout, you get some amazing flavors, here are the ones I’ve tried:

  • Fruit Punch (my favorite flavor)

  • Blue Raspberry

  • Strawberry Lemonade

  • Orange Mango

  • Gummy Worm

Additionally, it is advised to discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.

Dietary supplement are products intended to supplement the diet and provide nutrients that may be missing or not consumed in sufficient quantities in a person’s daily diet. They come in various forms such as pills, capsules, powders, liquids, or bars.

Side Effects of Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout Powder

Here’s the all important point that you gotta understand, and I’ve learned this lesson before from taking too much.

For me, I just get a tad bloated from too much pre workout, because here’s what happens my friend. That only happens when I use two pre workout scoops.

When your sympathetic nervous system is all jacked up, your body goes in to fight or flight mode. Which means you will have some side effects.

But if you stick within the recommended dosage, then you won’t have this problem. So stick within the recommended dosage brother.

Consult your physician prior to using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, under 18 years of age, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.

Remember that this contains 250mg Caffeine, L Citruline, Ancient Peat and Apple extract which is a nootropic.

The Takeaway: Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout

I'll be honest, I was hoping for a higher creatine amount, so for that reason alone, I'm going to bring this down one point and rate this pre workout 8.5 out of 10.

However, this is absolutely worth the money for someone new to fitness supplements to start out small. We all know Bucked Up pushes the limits.

So, if that makes you nervous and you think it will fuck with your body, I encourage you to buy Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout if you are new to fitness supplements.

In the case of Nootropics, I do prefer Beyond Raw Lit as opposed to Bucked Up. So give this a shot, it's definitely not a bad pre workout at all. Just a little under dosed with the creatine.

With that said, I'm off to go hit the gym and take this shit because I personally recommend it. Just don't expect amazing pumps, but expect HIGHER focus, energy and endurance.

Feel comfortable to comment below and let me know if you want me to review more pre workouts. I'll see you legends next time!
