Why Working Out is the Gateway to Discipline

Let's talk about why working out disciplines yourself to take consistent action and why everyone must understand that if you cannot even go to the gym in today's weak society, you're being soft.

I will always call out weakness in today's society because as I say time and time again, most people are weak and cannot even go to the gym without coming up with excuses.

Why not embrace the simple, free, life-extending thing that only 2% of the population does? It's time to jump-start your exercise with a mindset reset. You need an exercise routine that you can stick to.

Jocko once said, "All of your excuses are lies." So let that sink in my friend. Fitness is the gateway to discipline. That means working out is the gateway to discipline. It's time add an exercise routine to your schedule, no excuses.

Why You Need an Exercise Routine

If you exercise regularly, you'll begin to see and feel the benefits it can have on your body and well-being quickly. If you're considering starting to exercise but don't know where to begin, this article is for you. Working out also improves cardiovascular health and sleep quality, both of which improve your energy levels

Even the smallest obstacles, like having to go home after work to change into workout clothes before heading to the gym, can mean the difference between working out and skipping it.

The simple but incredibly helpful solution: Bring your workout clothes to work for evening workouts. There is no reason for you to have any excuse after reading this article.

Understanding the big picture of why physical activity is critical for your physical and mental well-being is a good place to start. If you want to lose weight or gain muscle mass, keep off lost weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.

Remember to check with a health care professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any concerns about your fitness or haven't exercised for a long time. Also check with a health care professional if you have chronic health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes or arthritis.

Working Out is How To Get More Muscle Mass

Working out disciplines yourself to take action

Have you gone complacent my friend? Why am I asking you this? I bet you heard me say this in this article, but here's the reason why I will say this over and over again.

It's because most men nowadays lack a strong masculine presence. There's a simple solution my friend, and that is for you to get out of your head and out of your own way.

Find Something You Enjoy Fitness experts and doctors alike often say the best exercise is the one you enjoy and will keep doing. For example, let's say lifting weights crossed your mind.

Do strength training exercises for all major muscle groups at least two times a week. One set of each exercise is enough for health and fitness benefits. Even Yoga has its health benefits to ease stress.

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise sends oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. You will gain muscle mass as a side benefit.

This is important. I know some people who focus on the healthy eating, but they don't lift. If you want more gains, train for lower reps. Strength training is more about high reps. Either way, you need to get to work, have a good workout routine.

You can do strength training by using weight machines or free weights, your own body weight, heavy bags, or resistance bands. You also can use resistance paddles in the water or do activities such as rock climbing or even go on a long walk will work the leg muscles.

Not only is a leg workout itself one of the toughest you'll tackle in any given week, but the days afterwards tend to be a struggle as well, as you stagger around in the grip of DOMS. Start at a lower weight until you have the form down and can practice the leg exercises flawlessly.

Procrastination is Not How To Get Disciplined

working out requires discipline

Obviously, I know that their are physical activity guidelines. I know that my intensity isn't for everyone. And if you have certain health conditions, I'm not calling out those guys who have health issues.

Not at all. Here's who I call out consistently, I point out that there are more wishy-washy people that I can count. Here's what I have to say to all of you fence sitter's indecisive weak men that think, "Who is this idiot and why should I listen to him?"

Here's the nature of reality, when you spread that shit to personal trainers, you are only saying that because that is how you feel about yourself.

Instead of Procrastinating, Have a Workout Routine

This is what I mean by procrastination, people think, "I don't need a trainer, I can just workout."

The starting point is for you to take a huge look in the mirror. Who do you see? Your higher self? Or your lower self? Only low vibrating haters who's life sucks will make comments like that.

So even though procrastination is not how to stay disciplined, that means you have to take in to consideration to listen to the comment I heard from a very wise man, "Don't negotiate with your inner bitch." I'll get to that later.

That's exactly why working out is a gateway to discipline, it's because it forces you to operate at a higher place.

Exercise is meant to be healthy. Exercise is meant to get you out of your head. Exercise can improve your sex life. Lastly, exercise can eliminate procrastination and improves mental health. That will help you burn more calories.

What is Aerobic Exercise?

Metabolic conditioning, or MetCon, refers to exercises that increase the amount of energy stored and released by the body.

Aerobic exercise is cardiovascular exercise, or cardio, that gets your heart pumping. It would be wise of you all to read my Ultimate Conditioning Guide: Introduction to High Intensity Interval Training.

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help you keep off lost weight. When you take part in physical activity, you burn calories.

If you're working out for weight loss, you'll want to work out at a higher intensity. That will help you burn more calories.

Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns, including: Stroke. Metabolic syndrome. High blood pressure. Type 2 diabetes. Depression. Anxiety. Many types of cancer. Arthritis. Falls. Etc.

It also can help improve cognitive function and helps lower the risk of death from all causes. Exercise improves mood as a good state training exercise routine.

How to Boost Athletic Performance

Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day.

Getting to a point where working out is as much a part of your routine as combing your hair can take about two months, says exercise physiologist Sandy Joy Weston. The secret is repetition plus consistent timing and cues, says Weston. Here's why: The brain creates neural connections when you do something, and with each repetition, the connections get stronger, and the action takes less effort.

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise sends oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores, for example.

Meaning, you don't need to be an athlete and you can still see progress in your athleticism. It improves energy and your mood altogether. Motion creates emotion, never forget that.

Fitness Disciplines Yourself to Higher Confidence

It's time you stop sitting on your fucking ass. As you know, fitness is the gateway to discipline. You hear me say it all the time on the introduction of my podcast.

Your self-talk is shit to be blunt. Go to the fucking gym. Stop being feminine. A big mental barrier for people is that it takes a little patience to start a new workout routine and break old habits.

In the GP penitentiary community, we all do 100 burpees. So just do 50 when you wake up.

"I can't do it Adam, I just can't."

If you have the nerve to say that, go through 3 secret persuasion techniques and do the VERY first one.

Not Working Out Disciplines You in to Laziness

You can't argue with success principles. Let me rephrase that shit...

Don't be a pussy and get mad at me because I'm telling you the "red pill" truth about getting success in the gym. Or if you have a home gym, great, even better.

And here are the principles of success my friend. Success loves speed of implementation. You heard that right! So people talk about red pill in dating.

But here's Adam Skoda's take on red pill... That shit applies to your fitness journey. It applies to your fitness goals. It applies to your sex life, obviously, but you all need to swallow this harsh reality...

Biggest Reason Fast Food SUCKS

American's nowadays I see are eating shit like fucking Arby's, McDonalds, Burger King and KFC, it's like come on bro. What health benefits do these poisonous food give you?

Come the fuck on! Are you really going to try to argue with me on why it's so damn important to choose a hard life over choosing an easy life and you still go to idiotic fast food places that promote obesity?

They don't have your best interest or your health in mind, they want to make a quick buck because they don't care about your health, they just want your money. You need an exercise program, not some crappy fast food poison.

Fast food sucks because I hear from my clients consistently, they lose sleep because they get sick. However, exercise regularly, you will get better sleep.

Say "No" to Your Inner Bitch

This is where I want to take inspiration from the man, the legend, the fucking beast, Wes Watson.

Yes, you heard that right, throughout this entire article, I've been saving this for last because this man is controversial.

But that is because him and I can relate and that is because he knows how weak most people are, and so do I.

True story my friend, he reached out to me. I found his message in my Instagram DMs.

And why did he do that? I commented on one of his posts and told him how I operate on higher purpose.

That means if you have an inner bitch that you know is holding you back from working out...

When you operate on your purpose, you really have no excuses to make to go to the gym and work out.

When you operate on your purpose, you really have no excuses to make to go to the gym and work out.

Because this is what this article is about, it is about why working out is the gate way to discipline.

Here's what discipline is, it is acting on your higher motives, not your lesser motives.

This is precisely why working out disciplines yourself to be a better man.

The Bottom Line

Here's what we can conclude, you my friend must stop being weak and trying to come up with one excuse.

If you have any, you are just simply not disciplined and you should just go back to beating off to PornHub.

Because clearly you're not understanding that working out disciplines yourself to be the fucking man you are meant to be.

What is the biggest reason that working out disciplines yourself to be better?

It is because you act on your higher self, as in you are now purpose-driven, which is so rare nowadays.

In this society, we must come together as brother's and remember who we really are, and that is we are men that prioritize purpose.

Bottom line is this, working out is the TRUE gateway drug to make more money, to become more confident, and to be on your path to the more action and stacking wins like the charming bastard that you are.
