  • Why The MANOSPHERE Gives TOXIC ADVICE

Last updated on April 4, 2025

Before I cover why the manosphere gives toxic advice, I really have to tell you all something…

I have removed a book review from my website as some of you know I did read the book called Why Women Deserve Less, which is filled with extreme misogyny.

Honestly, I only want to bring this up BRIEFLY. The reason? I have no desire to go down the rabbit hole on how many times I’ve noticed host of the Fresh & Fit podcast completely gets all weird and he loses all emotional control.

Brother’s, before you comment below and say… “Adam, I heard your podcast Discover Your Purpose and you get mad as well.”

I hear your argument, however, the way I come across (in my mind) is hilariously overboard, not BLATANTLY to put girls down. Even though some of you might disagree, I don't care. Polarizing podcast titles? Yes, shoot me, I'm guilty.

However, the point to episodes like 10X Your Masculinity is to stop you from being PEOPLE PLEASING. So let me address the caveat to the article

Here’s the point behind this section before I start out with the definition of the manosphere...

There is no shortage of episodes you will find that I admit to coming unpeeled, however, my message is to get all of you to discover your masculine purpose.

And not to mention… Swallow the harsh truth that working out is the gateway to discipline, because nowadays, men are completely comfortable eating cookies and ice cream, and never eliminating vices. Let’s keep going…

Manosphere Definition and Online Communities

"Men's discussion groups from online web forums and communities from internet discussion groups often connected to opposition to feminism." [R]

Often consuming this information can be addictive. And it can lead down negative amplifying feedback loops, much like a drug or any type of vice.

Now listen to me brothers, I still want you to read my blog OBVIOUSLY you knew that was coming. However, even though I promote masculinity…

I do not promote toxic masculinity. I never will. You may come across articles where I tell you, get to know your killer instinct.

But that doesn’t mean I encourage ACTUAL MURDER. Which I will show you a video a little later.

Here’s the caveat to my teachings brothers…

I want you to get to know that part of you THAT CAN do the unthinkable, but CONTROL THAT SHIT.

Women do not trust men that are passive aggressive, I said this already on my article called 7 Reason’s Assholes Get Girls but Cannot Keep Them.

The point behind that article is to get to know your dark side but don't turn in to a fucking degenerate and lose all sense of your composure. Be firm in your boundaries without malicious vibes.

How the Manosphere Operates

The manosphere operates through a tangled web of online communities, social media platforms, and websites that push and spread misogynistic ideologies. These platforms are like breeding grounds for toxic advice, where individuals share their views, connect with like-minded folks, and recruit new members.

The algorithms on these social media platforms love sensationalized and extreme content, which means the manosphere’s toxic messages can reach a wider audience and spread like wildfire.

The structure of the manosphere is pretty decentralized. You’ve got various groups and individuals doing their own thing, but they all share a common goal: promoting male supremacy and undermining gender equality. Men's rights activists contribute to this by sharing narratives of male victimhood and blaming feminism for perceived losses in men's rights. Their tactics?

Spreading misinformation, and pushing conspiracy theories to further their agenda. It’s a nasty mix, brothers, and it’s something you need to steer clear of. I do not promote online misogyny and I never will. I love women and you should send out positive energy. More on this later.

These platforms are like breeding grounds for toxic advice, where individuals share their views, connect with like-minded folks, and recruit new members. This often includes online misogyny, where toxic communities promote extremist views against women and celebrate gender-based violence.

Misogynist Ideologies and Motivations

The manosphere is fueled by a range of misogynist ideologies. At its core, there’s this belief that women are inferior to men and that feminism has gone way too far. Many in the manosphere think men are being oppressed and that women are gaining too much power. They use this twisted narrative to justify their hatred and sometimes even violence towards women. This is where I am calling out Myron...

I used to watch his show but then he started acting flat out crazy and kicking out girls for no purpose other than being immature and rude. Anyways, the point I'm making is you need to watch who you listen to in the manosphere. Pay the fuck attention to every community.

Here is a huge red flag in these communities brothers, that is anonymous comments. Hiding behind a computer screen. A huge reason you see so much fucked up comments from anonymous comments in these communities is a big part of what Jordan Peterson talks about on the darker topics I bring up on my blog here and there.

On my podcast, I will openly mention how it's okay to have the SELF-IMAGE of a narcissist, however, there is a HUGE CAVEAT, that is you don't eliminate the HUMAN part of you that is empathetic.

The motivations behind these ideologies are complex. Some guys are driven by a desire for power and control, while others are motivated by a sense of grievance and resentment. These ideologies are often rooted in traditional gender stereotypes, which emphasize the importance of masculinity and the subordination of women. It’s a toxic mix that can lead to some seriously harmful behavior.

These ideologies are often rooted in traditional gender stereotypes, which emphasize the importance of masculinity and the subordination of women.

It’s a toxic mix that can lead to some seriously harmful behavior. These toxic ideologies can also negatively impact the mental health of young men, drawing them into damaging beliefs and behaviors.

Key Players in the Manosphere

The manosphere is made up of various key players, including pick-up artists, men’s rights activists, and incel communities. These groups often overlap, sharing common ideologies and tactics.

People like Andrew Tate, promote a toxic form of masculinity that emphasizes the objectification and manipulation of women. They teach guys to see women as conquests rather than as equals. In fact, if you need proof of his fucked up mindset, Read this news story of what recently happened of sexual assault here.

Some of you may be wondering why I'm taking a stance against Andrew Tate, it's fucking simple, sooo many of you IDIOTS are actually naive to his influence and believe this stupid matrix bullshit. Andrew has a MASSIVE ego problem. He thinks he owns girls. In my hardcover book, I only touch upon the bold topics in a way where it's HEALTHY to use your dark side for positive means, not to be an abuser of power.

I may even act slightly cocky here and there, however, if I hear one more hater compare me to that piece of crap Andrew, I will remove all comments. That man is guilty of HUMAN TRAFFICKING. Try to argue with me all you want, he is on-the-run from Romanian Authorities.

Men’s rights activists, such as Paul Elam, push a narrative of male victimhood, arguing that men are being oppressed by feminism. Then you’ve got the incel communities, like the one surrounding Elliot Rodger, which promote a violent and and the subordination of women. It’s a dangerous mix, brothers, and one you need to avoid.

Keep reading brothers because this next video is CHILLING and I want you all to understand something… My sister Ashley shared this with me.

And I’m glad she did. For awhile, I’ve been seeing a NUMBER of influencers act misogynistic and take Red Pill advice TOO FUCKING FAR. This is why the manosphere can become toxic in the hands of fucked up human beings...

Disturbing Story of Bianca Devins

This may seem to be old news to some of you, but if you've been through my article Why Society Shames Masculinity...

You know I do not watch the news. I stay away from the news. So for me, I found out about this a little later.

And I honestly send my thoughts and prayers to her family. I genuinely hope they will find their way through this tragedy.

A couple times I had to stop listening to this video, and that's saying something. Considering I've seen some screwed up movies. But this is REAL LIFE.

Brothers, even though you may see me cover 'Red Pill' on my blog...

I want you to understand that in the hands of men out there that are highly unhealthy, this type of advice turns toxic really fast, that is when you get too fucking ENRAGED and yes you will hear me say this...

Your masculine energy can turn in to wounded masculinity and this is TOXIC MASCULINITY. It's okay to embrace who you are, but it's NOT OKAY to abuse your masculine energy.

Manosphere Advice is Toxic in the Wrong Hands of Vulnerable Young Men

Do me a favor and watch these videos with a word of warning. I don’t want you looking up the details of her death either out of respect for her family.

I simply want you to get an idea of how men can behave when they are triggered because haven’t dealt with past trauma.

They haven’t done shadow work which essentially you are doing a lot and I mean A LOT of self-assessment and self-evaluation.

You are dealing with repressed emotions with shadow work. It’s not as scary as it sounds. It’s simply put… Self discovery.

In fact, if Andrew was a normal good human being (which he isn't) he would look at himself in the fucking mirror and say, "You're hurt. Stop causing harm to girls."

These online communities are often characterized by a culture of hate and misogyny. Mainstream media perpetuates narratives that favor women over men, contributing to prevailing societal beliefs about male and female privileges.

Brother’s, this is what I promote above all. I promote inner work. I promote amplifying masculine energy through positive state control.

Yes, I encourage having a healthy ego, but I never encourage you lose yourself in the process of getting to know that part of you that is a bad motherfucker because believe me, it can lead to dark nasty places.

Men’s Rights Activists (MRAs) and Their Role

person standing near LED sign

Men’s Rights Activists (MRAs) play a significant role in the manosphere, promoting a twisted interpretation of feminism and advocating for what they perceive as the rights of men. These activists believe that feminism has unfairly stripped men of their rights and privileges, transferring them to women. They often resort to online communities to share narratives of victimhood and spread their extreme misogyny.

MRAs celebrate backlashes against women’s protection laws, such as legislation concerning abortion rights and sexual assault. Their ideology is deeply rooted in a patriarchal worldview, which emphasizes the dominance of men over women. They often use academic-sounding language to add legitimacy to their claims, making it difficult for vulnerable young men to distinguish between fact and fiction.

These activists argue that society is gynocentric, favoring women over men, and that male privilege is a myth or a lie promoted by mainstream media and feminists. They believe that gynocentrism is prevalent across all aspects of life, including courts of law, marriage, and education. The Southern Poverty Law Center has identified MRAs as a hate group, and their ideology has been linked to violence against women and girls.

MRAs often overlap with other manosphere communities, such as Pick Up Artists (PUAs) and Involuntary Celibates (Incels), sharing similar ideologies and promoting extreme misogyny. Brothers, it’s crucial to recognize the toxic nature of these groups and steer clear of their harmful narratives.

I may have an article on pick-up, however, that doesn't mean you learn the game incorrectly and start acting like a victim if girls think you're weird and creepy. You need to show no ulterior motives. Get girls feeling comfortable and safe around you, not feel like they are under threat.

Online Communities and the Spread of Toxic Advice

The manosphere’s online communities are crucial in spreading toxic advice and ideologies. These communities provide a space for individuals to share their views and connect with like-minded folks. They often use social media platforms like Twitter and YouTube to spread their message and recruit new members.

These online communities are often characterized by a culture of hate and misogyny. They promote a range of toxic ideologies, including the belief that women are inferior to men and that feminism is a threat to masculinity. They push conspiracy theories to further their agenda.

The spread of toxic advice within these online communities has serious consequences. It can lead to the radicalization of vulnerable young men, who may be drawn to the manosphere’s ideologies and tactics. It also perpetuates a culture of hate and misogyny, which can have serious consequences for women and marginalized communities. Brothers, it’s time to steer clear of these toxic spaces and focus on positive, healthy masculinity.

The Impact of Online Communities on the Manosphere

Online communities play a crucial role in the manosphere, providing a platform for misogynistic ideologies to spread and thrive. These communities often overlap and share similar ideologies, but also have distinct characteristics and focuses. The manosphere promotes the idea that men are the new oppressed class and that women and feminism are to blame for men’s disadvantage.

Platforms like Reddit forums and YouTube channels provide a space for men to share their experiences and connect with others who share similar views. However, these communities often perpetuate harmful gender stereotypes and promote extreme misogyny. The absence of clear messaging and guidance for men about what constitutes a “good man” or “healthy masculinity” has led many men to seek answers online, where they are often exposed to toxic and misogynistic content.

The manosphere is facilitated by coordinated gendered disinformation campaigns and algorithmic amplification, which prioritize extreme and sensationalized rhetoric to capture viewers and increase profits. This has led to a proliferation of online hate, with six in ten boys aged 11-14 being exposed to online content that promotes misogyny and other harmful views. Brothers, it’s time to recognize the dangers of these online communities and focus on building a positive and healthy masculinity.

Read 'Red Pill' Advice Carefully

True power lies in oneself. You shouldn't insinuate what you believe and try to one-up others with your masculine power.

Brother's you hear me touch upon masculine power on my podcast but true power lies within you right now.

You need to learn to take red pill advice carefully because what you learn can create a POWERFUL drive to want to hurt others.

You guys know about frame control right? What you need to understand about frame is having a strong frame does not mean overpowering people.

Yes, I admit I have some INTENSE podcasts... However, I do not want ANY OF MY READERS to take the advice I tell you to the extreme. That right there is you basically mis-using my teachings.

Especially in my seduction book, the very first part is a DISCLAIMER.... Do not use anything in this book in irresponsible ways.

This is when I want you to stop taking manosphere advice... It's because even the articles I write, what I want you to understand is it's okay to learn about these topics such Indifference, Sociopathy & Apathy as I recently blogged about.

But it's not okay to actually take the teachings and use it for immoral reasons. Read my darker articles with a word of caution. And if you get my books, take action only if your head is in the right place, which leads me to my next point..

MGTOW Mindset = Bad World View

Have you ever heard of Men Going Their Own Way? I rarely write articles on this topic because it honestly gives me weird vibes.

I’ve met men in this movement and all I get are misogynistic vibes from them. They seem to resist conversations about female empowerment and often react negatively to discussions about sexism. Sure, I agree that the self-development aspect is GREAT.

But men going their own way, it comes with incels and I cannot stand these weirdo’s who judge girls because of female hypergamy.

It’s like grow up, women will be women. Yeah, you might hear me use red pill terms here and there but I don’t partake in MGTOW.

Brother’s, here’s my message to you in this section… Stop acting like girls are acting the way they are because they are out to get you.

Instead, change your mindset. Understand that women are beautiful feminine beings and you absolutely must learn how to get good with women.

It’s time for you to be a man and master the game. In fact, here’s the BIGGEST reason the manosphere gives toxic advice…

It encourages men to isolate, live on social media and not have the experiences they deserve, instead they grow to HATE GIRLS because they go after the asshole chad who they think looks better than them.

I never want to see any other woman be harmed like what happened with Bianca Devin. That was fucking horrible and this is not at all cool what this MONSTER did to her.

If you want to be the man girls ACTUALLY want… Victim blaming behavior must stop today.

The Significance of the Red Pill

Attractive Body

The red pill is a metaphor used by the manosphere to describe the idea that men are owed sex and that women should be “sexually available” at all times. It’s a call to action to further disseminate these narratives and to recruit others to the cause. The red pill is seen as a way to awaken others to the supposed reality of the manosphere’s worldview, which emphasizes the dominance of men over women.

The red pill is often associated with Pick Up Artists (PUAs), who teach men how to manipulate women into sex. PUA communities believe that men are entitled to sex and that women should be “sexually available” at all times. Brother's, I would hope this would awaken you to show girls that you are HARMLESS.

Women feel their safety threatened around men that subscribe to "Red Pill" narrative. Even though I may have some articles that cover some red pill terms, I only write them to show you that women are hypergamous by nature.

However, that doesn't mean you start acting bitter and send out hatred towards girls because I literally watch Myron do this consistently. You don't need to follow people who belittles women and kicks them out of their podcast. I've never done that and don't plan on it.

Summary: Never Send Out Negativity

Start reading advice that encourages introspection. Start journaling. Get clear on your dating goals. Get clear on what you want before dating.

Instead of being a low-vibrating hater towards girls... Please reconsider going to these stupid communities. Brother's even my blogging mentor Joe Liverman (rest in peace) would say that there is very BAD advice from PUA forums.

So I would encourage you all to have a healthy perspective on mastering the game. Stop following influencers that you think are not adding value in the manosphere space on the internet.

I'll tell you what brother's, I don't consider my blog a part of this weird space of men that just send bad energy to good people. I love women and I encourage you to love women all the same. This is why I no longer support Myron's stupid misogynistic book.

Some of you may have noticed I interviewed Michael Sartain, however, my opinions on him... is he needs to stay clear away from people who give him a bad reputation from being seen with for example... the man who wrote Why Women Deserve Less. I will cut Michael Sartain some slack.

However, Andrew Tate, FUCK NO. There is countless cases of rape surrounding his name and the proof is literally all over the internet. I care less to put his face in this article because I don't like the guy.

NEWSFLASH: I recently made a donation to stop this problem that has been happening in my home state of Ohio, because this is VERY REAL problem and I have a lot of compassion for women that have been sexually abused. My prayers go out to you if you've been a part of it, please leave any toxic community that shows red flags.

Feel free to comment below and let me know if this article raised your eyebrows to follow your own lead and trust your intuition with who you listen to online.
