My friend, I want you to embrace your masculinity. Don’t have shame surrounding it. Testosterone simply put is your masculine energy. Never let society tell you how to live your life.

So I first want to tell you that testosterone is an anabolic, androgenic hormone. No I’m not talking about anabolic, androgenic steroids, to be clear.

What does that mean for you?

It means when you address the crap that is normalized by society, you can boost testosterone!

When you give up, that to me is the definition of a coward. On the reverse side, when you’re courageous, you take action in spite of fear. That is true masculinity to its very core.

Don’t get stuck in your head, action beats procrastination. When you start overthinking working out, you won’t workout.

How do I know this? I’ve been in your shoes, I used to be a non action-taker at age 16.

Fast forward to 2022, I am 30 years old and now a Personal Trainer leading by example. 

I absolutely love training people to develop a more healthier mindset in fitness because half of fitness is in your mindset.

Fitness starts in the mind and filters in to your body. Remember that.

You cannot get in to your masculine action-taking mindset when you have excuses.

It never works and you can’t rationalize or justify why you didn’t workout. Have integrity and just DO IT.

 

Summary

Keep in mind when taking these supplements to not overdo it. Listen to your body. I can tell you from experience as a personal trainer and health professional that all of these recommendations are natural.
