Ingredients You Will Need for Sweet Potato Hash

These are all of the ingredients you will need for sweet potato hash:
- 1 Tbsp of Ghee or Organic Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 Tsp of Garlic Salt
- 1 Tsp of Paprika
- 1/4 Tsp of Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/4 Tsp of Black Pepper
- 1-Inch Cubed Cooked Sweet Potato
- 4 Large Eggs
Today, I am not showing all of the ingredients as it honestly doesn't matter more than meal prepping cooked sweet potato.
Peel and Cut Sweet Potato's

This is the most important step. You need to peel off the skin, then cut the sweet potato with a very hard knife that cuts right through.
Then you put all of that sweet potato in a mixing bowl. Keep that on standby.
Preheat the oven to 450 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. You will put everything on this pan.
This is to prepare to cook everything in the oven after you sauté the onions and peppers.
It Doesn't Matter What Type of Onion's & Pepper's You Use

I have shared this recipe with family and friends, and they ask me this question, does it matter what type of peppers I use?
My answer is the same... No it doesn't. You can use red peppers, green peppers, orange peppers.
You can also use yellow onion or red onion, and you can spice it up to make it hot if you want to use a Jalapeño pepper.
So don't overthink cooking this dish, take action and make it. Measure a half of a cup, that does matter. However, the types of onions and peppers don't matter.
Cook Paprika Mixture

Melt ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion and bell pepper; cook stirring frequently for 3 to 5 minutes.
You want the onions translucent. After that, add the garlic salt, paprika, pink salt and pepper.
You can allow the spices to toast as you see in the picture. That's how I like to make this dish.
Now, it's time to add the sweet potato mixture to the paprika mixture.
Combine Paprika Mixture with Sweet Potatoes in a Mixing Bowl

This step is the easiest step ever. All you do is use a large slotted spoon and mix everything together.
I'm telling you this is an EASY DISH to make, a long with three more recipes I have on my blog for muscle gains.
Sweet potatoes are extremely healthy compared to regular potatoes. I remember eating A LOT of sweet potatoes preparing for a fitness competition.
Stir it well, should take literally one minute to do. Take action on your food intake!
Put Everything in the Pan with Parchment Paper

Do you see how easy this recipe is? Literally the trickiest part from my experience is just getting used to cutting the sweet potato and peeling off the skin.
This step here, you want to put it all on a pan and then crack eggs over top of the sweet potato hash. Put it in the oven.
Bake it at 450 in the oven for 10 to 13 minutes. Or until the eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
An optional step is to garnish it with scallions.
Conclusion: Sweet Potato Hash Recipe

Do yourself the favor of trying this recipe, like I said, it's easy to make.
