A man who respects himself is more likely to earn the respect of others, including women. By establishing a foundation of respect, a man can create a strong and healthy relationship built on mutual respect and trust.
A Strong Frame Increases Her Respect

Brother’s if there is one thing all assholes and even degenerates have in common that is their frame is so damn strong, they literally don’t give a rats ass about others at all. Women respect men who maintain a strong frame.
And they are not attached to potential suitor’s. That mean’s they don’t let their emotions get involved with romantic partners.
This is the starting point, and this is a big mistake nice guys make, even after you hook up with a woman, you get caught up in the heat of the moment but then you end up wanting her more than she wants you. Men who are respected often exhibit strong self-respect and assertiveness.
Asshole’s don’t care. Asshole’s will hook up with a woman but then tell them straight up… “This is what I want from our relationship, nothing more.”

When you give women a role to play, this is how to get women to respect you effortlessly. This right here is what most girls want men to do but are nervous to say it. Simply put, you are going to build her up through your powerful cold reads.

So if I tell a woman to be adventurous, she would be willing to have fun. And being spontaneous is also important to leading her to the bedroom. More importantly, she's independent, I would point that out and call her a 'free thinker.'
"You obviously think for yourself, you don't let your friends tell you what to do. You trust your own instincts and your own gut at the end of the day, don't you?"
Because of placing those sexual frames on her, I can tell her how she plays each role by building up her sexual identity. This is why I say, tread lightly, use this shit responsibly.

There are certain behaviors that can make women lose respect for a man. These include being dishonest, unreliable, and disrespectful. When a man engages in these behaviors, he demonstrates that he is not worthy of respect. Especially if he accommodates to her and bends ass backwards.
Other behaviors that can make women lose respect include being overly critical, dismissive, or condescending. By avoiding these behaviors, a man can demonstrate that he values respect and is committed to building a healthy and positive relationship. However sometimes there are unorthodox ways to earn her respect, I'll get to that soon.
Effective Communication for Respect
Effective communication is essential in building respect in a relationship. When a man communicates effectively, he demonstrates that he values his partner’s thoughts, feelings, and opinions. This can be achieved by actively listening, asking open-ended questions, and expressing oneself clearly and respectfully.
A man who communicates effectively is more likely to earn the respect of his partner and build a strong and healthy relationship. By being a good communicator, he demonstrates that he values mutual respect and is committed to building a positive and supportive relationship.
Spark Strong Emotions and Be Polarizing
Should you argue with girls? Maybe. This advice I hesitate to put on my blog, but I've seen how it plays out in my social life.
It's simple emotional transference. I'd rather you argue with a girl then bore her to tears. But we need to have a BANTER type of argument, not a negative argument, there's a fine line.
The point is I give this advice in my hard cover book. And some of you might wonder why... It's because we need to demonstrate a masculine state while she is just SLIGHTLY off of her composure. If she is more relaxed than you, this won't work.
Show her mutual respect first before you start sparking strong emotions. A man who treats others with respect, including his parents and friends, is more likely to earn a woman's respect. Girls often get bored easily. I’ll give you an example…
One time I saw this girl at the gym, she already looked bored, said what’s up to me, then I noticed she went in the men’s restroom.
So I walked up to her and called her out and said, “Was that you yelling in the men’s room?” She said, “Yes.”
Then I told her… “Don’t do that again, it’s weird. I value my privacy.”
I saw her eyes change. Pupil dilation. Sometimes you see respect form in a girl’s eye contact with you. Speaking from experience. Calmly call her out, this is how to be a polarizing alpha male.
I know people have this weird reaction to the term "Alpha." Just understand that when you trigger emotions in women, they see you higher on the pecking order, meaning you are higher status.
The Takeaway: How to Get a Woman to Respect You Effortlessly
There are a myriad of ways to earn a woman's respect, but I'd argue one trumps it all and that is never let any one single dramatic moment with a girl get you off of your composure.
That means never let outside circumstances affect your internal state. Never let a woman's bitchiness affect you. It's all the same.
All of this ties back to masculinity. A masculine man is self-validated, doesn't care about what a girl thinks of him but more importantly, he has his own life, his own missions, and his own purpose.
Woman respect a man who doesn't let her emotional moods lead him astray. Women respect a man who is willing to let her go, but more importantly, respects himself enough to make the right decision for himself.
If you ever have come across a woman who doesn't respect your missions or your purpose, simply put, you two are not compatible. So I suggest you break it off if you've just come across my article and you are in a relationship.
Better that she see's you have your own life. Better she see's that you have other women so that you can show her what she's missing. That's how you increase her respect if she's lost her respect in you.
