  • The Chest Workout That Built Gabriel’s Upper Body

Last updated on September 4, 2025

You’ve been grinding on bench press, hitting push-ups, maybe even hammering incline dumbbell presses. But when you look in the mirror, your chest still looks… average.

You want that upper chest line that makes shirts hug your frame. You want your physique to say high status the moment you walk in. You want women to notice, and other men to respect you.

This is where most guys screw up: they keep repeating the same workouts hoping for different results. Gabriel didn’t do that. He built his upper body dominance with one sequence — and once you try it, you’ll never train chest the same way again.

This is a triple-set chest shredder that targets your upper, mid, and collarbone line in one shot. No fluff. No wasted reps. Just tension that forces growth.

Step 1 – Cables at the Top (15 reps)

  • Set the cables high.

  • Cross at forehead height.

  • Squeeze hard at the peak.

  • Feel your upper pecs light up immediately.

Step 2 – Cables at the Middle (15 reps)

  • Adjust to chest level.

  • Bring handles straight across.

  • Don’t rush — keep that tension constant.

  • This is where the density starts building.

Step 3 – Low-to-High Crossovers (15 reps)

  • Drop cables low.

  • Scoop motion up toward your collarbone.

  • At the top, squeeze like you’re trying to crack a plate between your pecs.

  • This is what carves that upper chest definition.

👉 Do all three back-to-back. That’s one sequence. Rest, then repeat for 2–3 total rounds.

Why This Chest Workout Works

Most workouts lose tension at the top or bottom of a movement. Cables don’t. They keep your pecs firing nonstop, forcing fibers to grow.

By attacking from three angles in one shot, you’re not just pumping blood into the chest. You’re teaching your body to look like armor. You’re shaping the kind of upper body that commands attention without a word.

And let’s be real — for men chasing respect, status, and attraction, nothing kills invisibility faster than a chest that dominates your frame.

Let's not forget this is an excellent strategy to gain muscle as a hard gainer. Do not overlook this if you're goals are to gain muscle fast.

How to Work This in Your Chest Workout

  • Add this sequence after your heavy presses.

  • Use it as a finisher to push past plateaus.

  • Hit chest 1–2x per week, depending on recovery.

It’s not complicated. It’s not a gimmick. It’s a system that works when you stop making excuses.

This is programmed in to Alpha Body Bootcamp and it got my client Gabriel David amazing results.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Here are some common mistakes to avoid that prevent any and all results from this chest workout:

  • Going too heavy → swinging arms ruins tension.
  • Skipping the squeeze → growth comes from contraction, not just movement.
  • Resting between steps → this is one sequence, not three separate sets.

If you avoid these mistakes, you will get fast gains that coaches are triggered by.

Keep the body still when going through the chest workout.. Don't forget that.

What's The Next Step?

This workout will change how your chest looks fast. But let’s be honest: your body isn’t the only thing holding you back.

You know the cycle — you start strong, lose motivation, fall off track. You feel invisible to women. You feel overlooked by other men. You hate the guy in the mirror because he’s not the man you know you’re supposed to be.

That’s why I built Alpha Body Bootcamp. It’s the roadmap to break old habits, build the mindset of a high-value man, and transform your body into something you’re proud of.

Because you don’t just want muscle. You want respect. You want presence. You want the identity shift.

Start the transformation now: Lock in your spot before this closes by midnight.
